What are managed services?

There is some confusion in the industry as to what the term managed services actually means. At Eclipse Solutions, our managed services will enable your company the opportunity to outsource various responsibilities related to the ongoing maintenance of your voice & data telecom services, such as monthly billing audits (performed by our trained auditors), management of moves, adds, changes, deletes (MACD), the time-consuming communication and verification process involving the carriers, the provisioning process, and the additional layer of support necessary to save your organization time, employee resources and expense.

Why Managed Services?
