Q: How long does it take for Eclipse Solutions, Inc. to get us results?

A: Once we have obtained all of the information we need, it takes us approximately 7-14 business days
to have our preliminary findings list. From there, it will take
30+ days to substantiate final savings amount/or credits.

Q: Can you provide us references?
|
|
A: Certainly. Our references are our best salespeople. We only ask that you commit to doing business
with Eclipse Solutions, Inc. pending checking our references. Once we hear that from you, we will not only
provide you references, we will provide you references that have a similar profile to your company.

Q: I used an RFP when I negotiated this contract, how could you possibly do better?
|
|
A: The carriers spend millions of dollars in training and research on how to win a customer over when
responding to an RFP. This is hard to accept, but the carriers actually have the edge in this
arrangement. When a carrier tells you "we can’t do that," you have no choice but to decide if that is
a deal breaker or not. With Eclipse Solutions, Inc. on your side, you are not just comparing vendors to
each other, you are comparing them to themselves. If they have offered another company a better deal,
they need to offer that same deal to you. You would be surprised how quickly we get results when we
show them that they can in fact do what they claimed they couldn’t.

Q: What are your fees?
|

A: We share the savings with your company 50/50. Our fee is half of the amount that we reduce your expenses
by for the upcoming annualized period.
After that, your company will realize the entire 100% savings!

Q: We have confidentiality clauses in each of our agreements, so how can we share these with you
without violating them?
|
|
A: Our Letter of Agency allows us to be privy to your agreements. If you are worried about your
carrier getting upset, we will simply obtain the agreements directly from them -- you don’t need to
share anything with us.
